It’s about overcoming resistance. It’s about defeating self-hate and self-sabotage — that voice that says you can’t be or do what you think you can. It’s about overcoming all of the negative thoughts and emotions that come with following your heart and your vision and overcoming them in a bold and unapologetic way."
