GG & POP Institute is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) artist-run gallery in East Harlem dedicated to fostering intergenerational creativity, sustainability, and wellness.
Through exhibitions, educational programs, and collaborative projects, we cultivate spaces where ideas can be prototyped and realized.

Jessica Ann Peavy
Artist and filmmaker Jessica Ann Peavy has exhibited across the US and abroad. Her work has been featured in Artforum, Time Out New York, The New Yorker and Afterimage | The Journal of Media and Cultural Criticism. Peavy is passionate about art and believes in its power to initiate meaningful conversation, encourage action, and be a catalyst for change. For 15 years, Peavy has also worked closely with several of NYC’s cultural institutions to lead arts and education programming. She has initiated, developed, and implemented partnerships with local, national and international institutions to create career launching opportunities for fellow artists and filmmakers.
Peavy founded GG & POP Institute, a nonprofit artist-run gallery in East Harlem in 2023.
